Strategic Mapping™ is a licensed process that takes a focused look at your company’s Mission, Vision, and Values, then a deep dive into the 7 strategic operations areas of your business, including:

At the end of the process, we will have identified and prioritized projects for the upcoming year with actionable steps. Sessions include the following:

  • Mission, Vision, and Values Workbook
  • 3 (90 minute) calls
  • Annual project plan with specific projects by quarter
  • Detailed project plan for the upcoming quarter
  • 3 (60 minute) accountability follow-up calls in the upcoming quarter
  • Access to ongoing quarterly and annual sessions and “as-needed” Ops Connection Calls

Share what is on your mind and in your heart. We'll create or refine your Vision, Mission, and Values and also review your boundaries.

We will then take a close look at the 7 Strategic Operational Areas of your business and identify the projects in each area that will fulfill your mission.

Strategic Mapping™ Step 3

Finally, we will prioritize projects for the upcoming year. I'll deliver an annual plan with projects by quarter and a detailed plan for the upcoming quarter.

  • Fractional DOO Services – Do you require regular support? Are you prepared to hand over a few of your “hats”? I offer a part-time monthly retainer option to oversee components of your operations.
  • DFY (Done-For-You) Projects – Do you have key projects pending? Are you needing support to execute? I offer planning and oversight for one-time projects.
